Site-specific installation created for Citizen Culture: Art and Architecture Shape Policy Exhibition. 2014 River Basins as Governance Labs
Geo-political borders, urban ecological networks and marginal communities. National and international artists working in territorial practices in America and Europe were invited to develop investigations taking the form of nomadic urban actions relating with the riverfront communities on the shores of the Paraná River and the the Río de la Plata. Project curated by Ala Plastica and M7red, members of South Node of Political Equator and Teddy Cruz Center for Urban Ecologies (UCSD)
